Yes, you will need to pay $49 for the return delivery of your product. We’ll provide you with a reply paid address for you to mail back your product to us.

What do I need to do to return my product under the 30-day trial?
The first thing to do is to submit a request. Please include the information below in your request:

- A summary on your reason for return
- Include photos if relevant

Do I need to pay for my product before I start the 30-day trial?
Yes, you will need to pay for your product at the time of purchase. If within 30 days of purchase, you decide that this product is not suitable for you, you can return the product including everything in the original box and receive a refund on the purchase price, less $49 for return shipping.
What are the terms and conditions of the OZONO 30-day trial?
The 30-day trial is included when you purchase a new OZONO product. All you need to do is
- Purchase a new product
- The 30-day trial starts from the day you receive your product
- It is 30 days because we want you to have sufficient time to give it a good go
- Try the product at home. Use it to wash your laundry and clean your home everyday
You should be able to tell if OZONO works within a week or two.
However, if you don’t find the product suitable for you, even after using it, you can send it back to us, together with everything else, in its original box packaging, for a refund on the purchase price, less $49 for return shipping.

What will you do with my returned product?
When we receive a returned product, we will assess it and either resell it as a used-product or donate it to organisations which will benefit from it.
How long will it take to process a refund under the 30-day trial?
Once we receive your returned product, we will take 10-14 business days to assess the return and if everything is in order, issue your refund (less $49 return shipping) via the method you used for your initial purchase payment.
I bought my product from a family or friend. Can I return the product under the 30-day trial?
The 30-day trial is not transferable, so you cannot return the product if you have bought it from your friend. The 30-day trial is offered only to the initial purchaser.
