The one year OZONO warranty covers for the replacement or repair of your device that has a manufacturing or material defect during the applicable warranty period. The OZONO warranty covers for the OZONO OZPro device and not any other items.
We encourage you to read the terms for the OZONO warranty below as they include important information about the warranty of your product – what the warranty covers and what it doesn’t.
What the OZONO warranty covers
- Your OZONO OZPro Aqueous Ozone Laundry & Cleaning System is warranted to be free of any defects in material and workmanship at the point of shipment.
- This warranty covers normal household usage for a period of ONE (1) year or 1000 hours from the date of purchase.
- Please keep the original invoice as proof of purchase.
- If the device is found to be defective during the warranty period due to a manufacturer’s defect, necessary repair(s) will be provided free of charge. Return shipping for a replacement or repair will be borne by OZONO Australia Pty Ltd.
What the OZONO warranty does not cover
The warranty does not cover the following situations:
- Water inlet / outlet from device is damaged due to incorrect use of the Connecting Hose
- The device is dropped resulting in damage(s)
- Outer damage(s) due to exposure to harsh/corrosive chemicals
- The device is damaged due to the usage of a wrong voltage
- Dismantling of the device by anyone else other than authorised personnel from OZONO Australia Pty Ltd
- Damage(s) due to improper use and/or incorrect use of the device and/or not used for its intended purpose, as stated in the user manual
- The device is altered or modified
- The device is used for commercial purposes
- Damage(s) to the device due to a natural disaster
- Environmental factors not within our control such as excessive heat, cold or moisture (mould) that may cause damage
- The device is kept or used in an outdoor environment
- The device has been sold as-new and/or seconds
Any repair or replacement due to the above reasons shall be borne by the customer.
The OZONO warranty is for you the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to anyone else. It begins on the date that you receive your product and is valid for one year or 1000 hours. The warranty if only applicable if you are a resident in Australia or New Zealand.
How to make a warranty claim?
If you find a defect in your product, click here to contact us so we can help resolve your problem. Pictures can really help us understand your issue, so we request that you send photos along with a description of the defect. This helps us to speed up your claim.
We will require the following information from you to review a claim:
- your full name and contact
- details of the defect;
- proof of purchase;
- clear photos of the defect; and
- clear photos of the product or ID label.
Once we determine the nature of the defect, a repair or replacement may be offered at our discretion.
The OZONO warranty starts from the date your receive your product and does not restart from the date of any replacement or repair. The replacement or repaired product benefits from the remainder of the original warranty period.
Consumer Guarantees
The benefits provided under the OZONO Warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure..
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
