Shipping policy

When you purchase an OZONO OzPro, you will first receive an order confirmation from us. Once payment is received, your order will be processed and sent for fulfilment using Australia Post.

You can track your package using the AusPost tracking number you receive through your email.

 

Where does OZONO OzPro ship to?

OZONO OzPro ships to Australia and New Zealand.

Shipping is FREE Australia-wide.

Shipping to New Zealand will be calculated at checkout.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your package.
