Can OZONO be used to clean toilets?
Public toilets are typically known to have strong odour due to ammonia and other odour-causing bacteria. A trial was carried out at high footfall public toilets in Singapore. After using OZONO for xx period, it was reported that OZONO worked well for the toilets that were cleaned with aqueous ozone.
What was the problem?
The Tiong Bahru Plaza Building Management team in Singapore informed that they had a problem with strong odour from their public toilets. The cleaning team would spend a lot of time (how much?) and cleaning solution to scrub and clean the toilets. Frequent washdowns were required especially at the higher footfall locations.
How was the problem resolved?
In mid 2023, several public toilets were identified by the building management for a test to use OZONO Aqueous Ozone to clean the toilets, in place of regular toilet cleaning solutions.
What was the result?
After xx period, the management team reported that using aqueous ozone from OZONO had reduced the odour. Their cleaning team have not used cleaning solutions for months and only required one main washdown each morning, instead of several washdowns per day.
